The Sterling Pro SPU903PZ combines traditional granite worktop aesthetics with modern refrigerated efficiency, making it the perfect pizza prep station for commercial kitchens. With a solid granite top, it delivers an authentic pizza base preparation surface, while the refrigerated topping unit provides hygienic, easily accessible storage for fresh ingredients.
Constructed from catering-grade stainless steel, this unit is highly durable, easy to clean, and features a powerful fan-assisted cooling system to keep ingredients perfectly chilled even in busy service conditions. GN pans not included.

The solid granite top provides a traditional, robust surface for preparing and shaping pizza dough. Granite is well suited to a dedicated pizza prep area because it offers a stable work surface and separates dough preparation from refrigerated ingredient storage, helping staff build pizzas efficiently in one workstation.
The refrigerated base has a gross capacity of 402 litres, with three doors and three adjustable shelves for storing chilled ingredients and supplies. The topping area is compatible with GN 1/6 pans, allowing ingredients to be arranged in portions for service. GN pans are not included, so these should be ordered separately.
Allow space for the unit’s overall dimensions of W1365 x D700 x H1075 mm, plus suitable clearance for positioning, cleaning and airflow around the appliance. It operates from a standard 13-amp plug supply. At 175 kg, assess access routes and the strength and levelness of the final installation area before delivery.
Clean the stainless-steel interior, exterior and granite worktop regularly using suitable food-safe cleaning products, and keep the door seals and shelving free from food debris. The automatic defrost function reduces routine manual defrosting. Maintain operation within its stated maximum ambient condition of 30°C at 55% relative humidity for reliable refrigerated performance.
