Which ironing systems is this hose compatible with?

This replacement hose is intended for the Snail 2, Snail 3 and Speedy 5 litre iron systems. It is not described as a universal steam hose, so buyers should confirm the exact equipment model before ordering. Matching the hose to the correct system helps avoid connector and fitment issues.

Why is the 4-pin adaptor box important when choosing a replacement?

The hose is supplied with a 4-pin adaptor box, which is a key compatibility feature for the supported ironing systems. Check that the existing connection on the machine and iron matches this arrangement before purchase. A hose with a different connector configuration may not be suitable, even if its length appears correct.

Is the 2.1-metre length suitable for an ironing workstation?

The hose measures 2.1 metres, providing a defined working reach between the compatible steam unit and iron. Buyers should measure their current hose or planned workstation layout before ordering, particularly where the boiler is positioned beneath or alongside an ironing table. This helps prevent excess tension or insufficient reach during use.

What should be checked before ordering a steam hose for a commercial ironing setup?

Confirm the model of the steam iron system, the connector type and the required hose length before ordering. For this part, the relevant checks are compatibility with Snail 2, Snail 3 or Speedy 5 litre equipment, a 4-pin adaptor-box connection and a 2.1-metre hose requirement. Comparing these details with the existing assembly is the safest approach.

When might a replacement hose be needed on a professional steam iron?

A replacement may be appropriate when the existing hose is damaged, worn or no longer provides a dependable connection within a compatible ironing system. Before purchasing, inspect the existing hose and connector arrangement and verify the machine model. Selecting the correct replacement part is important for keeping a commercial ironing station correctly matched to its equipment.
