Why limescale matters on a roller press
Hard water is the silent killer of every steam-fed ironing system. As untreated water evaporates inside the boiler, calcium deposits crust onto heating elements, narrow steam ducts, and spit through onto fresh laundry. A softener cartridge stops the problem at source - before scale ever has the chance to form.
