Airflow Drying — No Mechanical Stress

Warm air circulates around hanging garments with no drum rotation. Uniforms, structured garments, knitwear and outerwear with padding are dried in their natural shape without abrasion, stretching or heat stress. The garment comes out in the same condition it went in — just dry.

Auto-Stop at Dryness

Both programmes detect when the load has reached the target dryness and stop automatically. No over-drying, no unnecessary energy use and no operator required to monitor the cycle. The 5-minute reconditioning phase at the end ensures garments are in optimal condition when the door opens.

42-Minute Cycle — Door Opens Mid-Cycle

A standard cycle completes in 42 minutes. The insulated door can be opened briefly during a cycle — to add a forgotten item or check progress — without stopping the drying process. Useful in high-throughput environments where interruptions are unavoidable.

18–20 Extensible Hangers

The cabinet ships with 18–20 extensible hangers that adjust to different garment lengths. Full-length coats, jackets, trousers and shirts all hang at the correct length without folding. Easy loading and unloading compared with flat drying racks or static hanging rails.

Ergonomic & Accessible Design

User-friendly door handle and control panel placement designed for ease of use, including by disabled users. Quiet operation with insulated doors reduces noise in care home, hotel and salon environments. Adjustable feet allow the cabinet to be levelled on uneven floor surfaces.

The DC6-8 and DC6-15 are both airflow drying cabinets from the same Electrolux Professional Line 6000 range. The DC6-8 handles 8kg with 18–20 hangers in a more compact footprint; the DC6-15 handles 15kg with a larger cabinet for higher-volume environments.
