Which commercial settings and workloads is this drying cabinet best suited to?

This cabinet is suited to hotels, care homes, multi-housing laundries and PPE finishing rooms that need to dry up to 8 kg of hanging garments or workwear per load. Its 18–20 extensible hangers make it practical for regular small-to-medium batches, particularly where items are awkward to tumble dry or need to retain their shape.

What electrical supply and extraction arrangements are needed for installation?

Installation requires a 400V 3N~ 50 Hz three-phase electrical supply, with a rated input of approximately 2.3 kW. The heat-pump design does not require exhaust extraction, which can simplify siting compared with a vented drying cabinet. Buyers should confirm that the intended location has suitable three-phase power before ordering.

How much can be dried in one cycle and how quickly will it be ready?

The cabinet holds up to 8 kg across 18–20 extensible hangers and has a stated typical drying time of around 42 minutes. Its 70 g/min evaporation rate supports efficient moisture removal from hung loads. Actual drying time will vary with garment thickness, fabric type, initial moisture content and how densely items are loaded.

Why is heat-pump drying useful for commercial garment and PPE care?

Heat-pump drying provides a lower-energy alternative to traditional vented electric drying cabinets, with stated energy use of about 0.33 kWh per kg of linen and savings of approximately 40% versus vented models. This can help reduce operating costs where workwear, uniforms or PPE are dried routinely, while the hanging format supports gentler garment care.

What features help staff operate the cabinet safely during day-to-day use?

Two automatic drying programmes stop when the load reaches dryness, helping staff avoid unnecessary running time. The ergonomic handle and control panel are positioned for accessible use, while insulated doors support quieter operation in shared areas. A magnetic door edge reduces the risk of accidental entrapment, and a child-safe start lock is available as an optional safety feature.
