Product Spec. / Description
Professional laundry performance for smaller businesses
The Electrolux Professional WE2-9P myPRO Edge is a 9kg commercial washing machine with an integrated drain pump, designed for businesses that need clean towels, bedding and workwear ready throughout the day.
Combining a compact footprint with professional wash programmes, hot and cold fill connections and a 1,400rpm spin, it is a practical choice for smaller hotels, guesthouses, salons, sports facilities and other businesses with steady daily laundry needs.
Why choose the myPRO Edge WE2-9P?
Handle more laundry in each load
The 9kg capacity and 70-litre drum give you room for everyday business laundry without taking up the space of a larger industrial machine. A useful solution where floor space is limited.
Keep laundry moving
Hot and cold water connections help reduce heating time. Electrolux specifies a 75-minute Cotton 60°C cycle using the hot inlet, helping you plan laundry around the working day.*
Professional drum design
The Speed Soak Drum uses 4.5mm perforations to assist soaking and the removal of larger dirt particles. The 1,400rpm spin extracts moisture before drying.
Programmes for business textiles
Choose from 16 programmes and six additional functions, with specialist disinfection, mop and steam options. ProSteam Boost refreshes small loads of lightly worn garments.
Built for regular commercial use
Stainless steel front and top panels provide a durable, easy-to-clean finish. The myPRO Edge range is intended for businesses running up to four laundry cycles per day.
Practical installation and operation
This drain pump model uses a standard UK 13A plug. The LCD controls and LED drum light make everyday operation straightforward, while adjustable feet assist with levelling.
*Manufacturer data for a 9kg load of 100% cotton on Cotton 60°C with the hot water inlet. Actual cycle times and consumption depend on the programme, load and supply conditions.

Frequency Asked Questions (FAQs)
Answers to questions about this product...
Yes. It is intended for smaller commercial settings running up to four laundry cycles per day, including hotels, guesthouses, salons, sports facilities and cleaning businesses. Its 9kg capacity suits regular loads of towels, bedding, workwear and similar washable textiles without requiring the footprint of a larger industrial washing machine.
Installation requires a 220–240V UK 13A socket, hot and cold water supplies with two ¾-inch inlet connections, and a suitable waste outlet for the integrated drain pump. Check that there is adequate access for delivery, connections and servicing, and ensure the floor is level using the adjustable feet. Confirm site arrangements before ordering.
The machine has a 9kg load capacity and a 70-litre drum, giving businesses useful capacity for everyday batches of guest linen, salon towels, staff uniforms or sports kit. Load weight depends on the textile type and how absorbent it is, so bulky bedding may occupy the drum before reaching its maximum rated weight.
Hot and cold fill connections allow the washer to use an available hot water supply, reducing the time needed to heat water internally on suitable programmes. Electrolux states a 75-minute Cotton 60°C reference cycle for a 9kg cotton load using the hot inlet. Actual times, energy use and water consumption vary with load, programme and supply conditions.
There are 16 wash programmes plus six additional functions, including options for disinfection, mops and steam treatment. The ProSteam Boost function can refresh small loads of lightly worn garments, while the Speed Soak Drum is designed to assist soaking and the removal of larger dirt particles. Always select programmes according to the textile care label and your business laundry procedures.
