Two drying drums in one space-saving commercial stack
The Electrolux Professional TD6-17S combines two stacked 300-litre drying drums, each with a nominal 17kg capacity. This electric version features Compass Pro Coin controls, the 6L80 Laundrette Time programme package and an external payment interface.
Reversing drum action and a compact vertical arrangement make this a practical option for laundrettes and payment-operated laundry rooms. This configuration has galvanised drums, a Silver Grey front, galvanised sides and right-hinged doors.

Two drying pockets sit one above the other in a 790mm-wide cabinet, providing separate spaces for different customer loads within a single machine footprint.
Reduce tangling during drying
Reversing drum action changes the tumbling direction to help reduce tangling and support even drying of suitable textiles.
Timed laundrette operation
This version uses Compass Pro Coin controls, specified as “no buttons”, with the 6L80 Laundrette Time package. Confirm the intended customer controls and payment workflow when ordering.
External payment compatibility
The supplied interface supports start at the machine and free/occupied status. Match the payment equipment and commissioning arrangements to this exact configuration.
Capacity and heating are rated per drum
Electrolux specifies approximately 16.7kg per pocket at a 1:18 filling factor, marketed as 17kg. Each drum has its own load limit; the two pockets do not form a single larger drum. Follow programme and textile load limits.
The 18kW heater rating is per pocket. Both pockets must be taken into account when planning the electrical installation.

Installation and commissioning
Arrange suitable exhaust ducting and replacement air for both drying pockets, following Electrolux's installation requirements. Check the room layout, door swing, delivery route and access for cleaning and servicing.
Have the three-phase supply and extraction system assessed for the complete stack. Confirm payment-system integration, supplied accessories and commissioning work in your quotation.
