This cabinet is well suited to cafés, restaurants, bars and commercial kitchens that need chilled product display and storage where floor space is limited. Its 600 mm width and single glazed door make it practical for front-of-house drinks, prepared food or ingredients, while the lockable door helps protect stock outside service hours.
The cabinet has a 400-litre gross capacity and a 267.8-litre net capacity, with two shelves for organising stock. Net capacity is the more useful figure when planning usable refrigerated storage, as it reflects the space available once the refrigeration components and internal layout are taken into account.
Allow space for a cabinet measuring W600 x D705 x H1910 mm, plus suitable clearance for delivery access, door operation and airflow around the unit. It runs from a 230V, 50Hz, single-phase electrical supply. Confirm the final installation position, access route and suitable power provision with the installer before delivery.
Forced-air cooling circulates chilled air around the cabinet to support an operating temperature range of +1°C to +4°C. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system draws air from lower, potentially cooler parts of a kitchen, while the white LED display gives staff a clear at-a-glance temperature reading for routine monitoring.
Routine care should include wiping the dished liner base promptly if spills occur, keeping the door seal and interior clean, and checking that the cabinet is not obstructed. The stayclear condenser is designed to reduce condenser maintenance and improve efficiency, but the unit should still be inspected and maintained in line with Foster’s instructions. It includes a two-year parts and labour warranty.
