Yes. It is purpose-designed for hygienic fresh-fish storage, with fan-assisted static cooling that distributes cold air evenly while providing gentler refrigeration than a purely forced-air system. The 600-litre gross capacity and seven shelf positions make it suitable for restaurants, fishmongers, catering operations and food-preparation areas that need organised chilled storage.
The cabinet operates from -2°C to +8°C, allowing operators to select an appropriate chilled holding temperature for their stock and food-safety procedures. Its static cooling system with internal fans is intended to maintain even refrigeration without unnecessarily drying the fish, helping preserve product condition during refrigerated storage.
The unit has a 600-litre gross capacity and a 383-litre net capacity, with seven adjustable stainless-steel shelves designed for fish trays. Net capacity is the more useful figure when planning stock, as it reflects the available internal space after allowing for insulation, components and the cabinet structure.
Check that the installation area can accommodate the cabinet dimensions of W680 x D810 x H2010 mm, with suitable access for delivery; the packed size is W730 x D870 x H2150 mm. It runs from a standard 13-amp plug, but the electrical supply should be correctly positioned and the cabinet installed in conditions appropriate for its climate class 4 rating.
The stainless-steel interior and exterior are designed for straightforward cleaning, which is important where raw fish is stored. Regularly clean food-contact surfaces and door seals in line with your site hygiene procedures, and keep shelves free from debris. The lockable door helps restrict access to stock, while the right-hinged door can be reversed to suit the layout of the preparation area.
