This counter is well suited to cafés, patisseries, bakeries and delis displaying chilled cakes, desserts, pastries and ready-to-eat snacks. Its 1500mm-wide presentation area, black finish and illuminated glass shelving make it particularly appropriate where visual merchandising is important as well as safe refrigerated holding.
The unit operates from a standard 13amp plug supply. Buyers should ensure a suitable nearby socket is available and that the counter can be positioned with enough clearance for installation, access and routine cleaning. The supplied specification does not state any water connection, drainage connection or external ventilation requirement.
Fan-assisted airflow circulates chilled air around the display area to support a more consistent cabinet temperature. The specified operating range is +3°C to +5°C, making it designed for refrigerated presentation of suitable chilled products. Consistent circulation is useful when stock is arranged across all three shelves rather than concentrated in one area.
Staff can access the display through sliding rear doors, allowing replenishment and service from behind the counter without opening the customer-facing glass. The square tempered front glass also folds open, providing practical access when cleaning the display cabinet and its stainless-steel deck.
