The Sterling Pro Green SPI700R Single Door Gastronorm Fridge Cabinet (right-hand hinged) is a high-performance 700-litre refrigeration unit, engineered for heavy-duty use in professional kitchens. The cabinet has a 700-litre gross capacity and 461-litre net capacity, allowing for the space taken by internal components and air circulation. It is supplied with three adjustable shelves, each rated for up to 40kg, and uses GN 2/1 shelf dimensions. This supports organised storage of gastronorm pans, prepared food and bulk ingredients.
The operating temperature range is -2°C to +8°C. Forced-air cooling helps maintain more even temperatures throughout the cabinet than static cooling, which is useful when stock is stored across multiple shelf levels. Buyers should set and monitor the unit according to the food types held and their own food-safety procedures.
Allow sufficient access and floor space for the cabinet’s external dimensions of W653 x D842 x H2040mm, including room to open the door and move the unit on its fitted castors.
