Net capacity is the more practical figure when planning stock space, as it reflects the usable internal room after allowing for refrigeration components and cabinet construction.
It operates between -18°C and -22°C, a range suited to commercial frozen-food storage. A digital temperature display provides a clear reading at the cabinet, allowing staff to monitor operating conditions without opening the door unnecessarily and helping support day-to-day temperature checks.
