The SNI142 (formerly GSNI-142) is a 1400-litre double door hydrocarbon gastronorm freezer, built to meet the high demands of busy commercial kitchens. With a heavy-duty forced air system, it maintains consistent internal temperatures even during peak usage.

Constructed with high-grade stainless steel inside and out, the SNI142 is designed for both durability and hygiene. Rounded interior edges allow for easier cleaning, while the ergonomic full-length integrated handles ensure convenient access without dirt build-up.

Its forced-air cooling system helps maintain an even cabinet temperature, while the double-door format and 1,400-litre gross capacity suit restaurants, hotels, catering operations and other high-volume foodservice sites.
The cabinet has a 1,400-litre gross capacity and 922 litres of net capacity for products and shelving. It is supplied with six adjustable shelves using GN2/1 gastronorm dimensions, allowing kitchens to organise bulk frozen stock, prepared items and ingredient containers. Each shelf has a stated load capacity of 40kg.
Allow a footprint of 1,318mm wide by 842mm deep, with an overall height of 2,040mm, and ensure there is suitable access for delivery and positioning. The freezer operates from a standard 13amp plug supply. Castors are fitted as standard, which helps when moving the cabinet into position or cleaning around it.
This commercial freezer is specified to operate between -18°C and -22°C, which is suitable for storing frozen food products at standard commercial freezer temperatures. Its fan-assisted air circulation is designed to distribute cold air evenly throughout the cabinet, helping reduce warmer areas around stored stock during normal kitchen use.
The stainless-steel interior and exterior are durable and easy to wipe down, while rounded internal edges reduce areas where debris can collect. Embossed stainless-steel rack supports also support cleaner storage. For routine upkeep, keep door gaskets clean and inspect them for damage; the lockable doors have replaceable gaskets. Automatic defrost reduces the need for manual defrosting.
