We offer free UK mainland delivery on most commercial ironing and laundry equipment. Delivery times shown on this page are typical estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, product size and delivery location.

• Standard parcel delivery: Smaller items are sent by courier (DPD, FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL) and usually delivered to your door within 1-2 working days.
• Pallet and kerbside delivery: Larger commercial machines may arrive on a pallet. Delivery is normally to kerbside or goods-in access only, unless installation or positioning has been arranged separately. Pallet deliveries will take longer to arrive - please ask at the time of ordering.
• Access restrictions: Please tell us before ordering if there are steps, narrow doorways, lifts, gravel drives, restricted parking or any access issues that could affect delivery.
• Highlands, islands and remote areas: Delivery may take longer and additional charges may apply for some UK offshore, island or remote locations. We will confirm this before dispatch where applicable.
• Installation and commissioning: Some commercial machines can be professionally delivered, positioned and commissioned by engineers. Installation is not included unless clearly stated or quoted separately.
