What the Service Includes

Boiler Descale

The boiler is fully stripped down and descaled using commercial-grade descaler. Limescale build-up reduces steam output, causes pressure fluctuations and can permanently damage boiler internals if left untreated. Thorough descaling restores full steam pressure and extends boiler lifespan.

Iron Descale

The iron is stripped down and descaled separately. Scale deposits in the iron's steam passages reduce flow, cause spitting and can stain garments. Full disassembly allows access to internal passages that cannot be reached through standard self-clean cycles or off-the-shelf descaling products.

Collection & Return

We collect your equipment, carry out the service at our facility and return it — usually within 5 working days. Collection and return delivery is included in the service cost. No need to arrange courier shipping or drop-off.

Pipework Assessment

If internal pipework has been damaged by over-scaling, we assess whether replacement is required. Any additional costs for parts or pipe replacement are confirmed with you before work begins — there are no surprise charges. You decide whether to proceed once you have the full cost.
