Frequency Asked Questions (FAQs)
Answers to questions about this product...
Yes. Its 5-litre stainless-steel boiler and separate 10-litre water feed tank are designed to support approximately 8–10 hours of continuous use between refills. This makes it a practical option for hotels, care homes, healthcare settings and similar sites that need to sanitise rooms, touchpoints, fabrics and garments during the working day.
The steam gun is intended for rapid treatment of hard surfaces such as doors, handles, toilets, worktops and other frequently touched areas. The bristle steam brush is intended for garments, fabrics and inorganic products, including curtains, bedding and blinds. A professional iron is also supplied for garment finishing, allowing one unit to support both hygiene and pressing tasks.
The unit operates from a 230V electrical supply and has a 1,900W boiler heating element. It produces steam at a working pressure of 4.6 bar, providing the pressure needed for commercial steam cleaning, fabric treatment and ironing. It has an integral boiler, so there is no requirement for a separate external steam generator.
Yes. The steam gun can release steam alone or steam mixed with a sanitising or hygienising product at the flick of a switch. This gives operators a choice between steam-only treatment and combined application where their site cleaning procedures specify a suitable product. The unit also includes a separate outer tank for the hygieniser.
The attachments are designed for quick interchange, so staff can switch between ironing, fabric sanitising and surface treatment in seconds. The machine accommodates up to two attachments at once alongside the sanitising jet: for example, the iron and sanitiser, or the steam brush and sanitiser. This helps teams move between garment care and cleaning tasks without changing machines.
