Key Benefits
Why Choose the Aeolus AT08?
Blowing Protects Delicates
The blowing function creates an air cushion, helping reduce shine and pressure marks on delicate, dark or textured fabrics.
Heated Board Surface
The 400W heated surface helps prevent condensation and keeps the ironing area drier during longer sessions.
Foot-Pedal Fan Control
Activate suction or blowing while keeping both hands free to position and finish garments properly.
Seven Height Positions
Adjust the working height for seated or standing ironing and a more comfortable setup.
Anti-Rust Treated Frame
Chromium-plated metal frame with cataphoresis anti-rust treatment for improved durability in steam-heavy environments.
Applications
Best Suited To
Home-Based Ironing Businesses
A strong upgrade from a standard board for regular paid ironing work.
Serious Home Ironing
Ideal for users who iron frequently and want better results with less fabric movement.
Delicate Garments
Useful for fabrics that benefit from air-cushion finishing rather than heavy pressure.
Dark Fabrics & Velvet
Blowing helps reduce shine and compression marks on sensitive fabrics.
Small B&Bs
Suitable for lower-volume guest linen, uniforms and garment touch-ups.
Longer Ironing Sessions
Designed for users who need more comfort and control than a basic board provides.
Better Fabric Control
A Smarter Alternative to a Standard Ironing Board
The AT08 is not just a surface to iron on. Suction helps stabilise garments and remove steam, while blowing lifts delicate fabrics on a cushion of air.
This makes it a good choice for home ironing businesses and demanding domestic users who want more control, better finish quality and a more professional ironing setup without moving to a full commercial finishing table.

Frequency Asked Questions (FAQs)
Answers to questions about this product...
Yes. It is designed for serious domestic users, home-based ironing businesses, small B&Bs and regular light professional work. The robust 18.5kg frame, large 120 x 45cm surface and assisted fabric control make it a substantial upgrade from a standard board, but it is not intended as a replacement for a continuous-use commercial vacuum finishing table.
Suction holds fabric flat against the board and draws steam through the garment, helping reduce residual moisture and achieve a sharper finish. Blowing creates an air cushion beneath the item, reducing direct pressure on delicate, dark, velvet or textured fabrics. The two functions are foot-pedal activated, leaving both hands free for garment positioning.
The 400W heated board helps keep the ironing surface dry by reducing condensation caused by repeated use of steam. This is particularly useful when finishing several garments in succession, as a drier board can support more consistent results and help prevent moisture being transferred back into the fabric during ironing.
Allow enough clear floor space to work safely around the 120 x 45cm board and to use the iron support, which measures 43.5 x 28cm. When folded, the board measures 50 x 150 x 19cm. Its double support tube and wheel assist movement, but at 18.5kg it is best treated as a semi-permanent workstation rather than a lightweight household board.
Choose this model where improved garment control, a heated surface and suction/blowing support are needed for regular but lower-volume work. It offers seven height positions for seated or standing use and an anti-rust treated frame for steam-heavy environments. For continuous commercial ironing, higher production volumes or larger items, a professional vacuum table with a larger motor and heavier frame may be more appropriate.
