The SA23 dries and irons coats, jackets, vests, sweatshirts and shirts automatically - simultaneously, in a single operation. A damp garment straight from the washing machine is placed on the adjustable mannequin form; warm air inflates and stretches the fabric while 5-bar steam penetrates and removes creases. The result is a finished, dry garment without an iron or ironing board. 9kW boiler, 15 programmes, 12 kg/h steam output and a 10-litre automatic refill system for continuous commercial operation.

Simultaneous Drying & Ironing
A damp garment from the washing machine is placed on the mannequin. The blower inflates the fabric; 5-bar steam penetrates and relaxes the fibres; warm air simultaneously dries. The garment comes off the mannequin finished and dry in a single automated cycle - no iron, no ironing board, no manual pressing.
Adjustable Shoulder Form
The mannequin form adjusts at the shoulders to accommodate different garment sizes - from slim-fit shirts through to large coats and heavy workwear. The 26.5 × 45.5cm chest form provides a stable, consistent shape during the cycle.
9kW Boiler & 12 kg/h Output
The 9kW boiler drives 12 kg of steam per hour - the output required to handle a continuous commercial workload. At 5 bar, steam penetrates heavy outerwear fabrics that would take multiple passes with a standard iron. The 2kW superheater ensures steam is delivered at the correct temperature throughout the cycle.
10L Auto-Refill Boiler
The 10-litre boiler refills automatically, maintaining continuous steam supply without operator intervention. No manual top-ups, no pausing mid-session - the system manages its own water supply to keep production running throughout the working day.
15 Programmable Cycles
The electronic control card stores 15 programmes, each configurable for different garment types, fabric weights and finishing requirements. Operators select the correct programme for the garment - the machine handles the rest consistently, cycle after cycle.
Gentle on Fabrics
The mannequin finishes garments at around 55°C - far lower than a hand iron at up to 180°C. Lower temperatures mean less stress on fibres, longer garment life and reduced risk of scorching, shiny reflections or damage to delicate decorative details and buttons.

How the SA23 Works

The garment is placed on the mannequin form after the washing machine spin cycle - or after a short tumble on a low-heat “easy iron” setting that leaves the fabric damp rather than dry. The operator places the garment, sets the programme, and the machine handles the rest.

Inside the cycle, the blower inflates the garment so the fabric hangs in its natural position. Steam enters under pressure, penetrating the fibres and releasing creases simultaneously. Warm air circulates through the garment and dries it. Three to four operations is typically all an operator needs to become proficient. For a commercial laundry or hotel handling coats, jackets and outerwear in volume, the SA23 replaces hours of manual pressing with an automated, repeatable process.
