Aeolus TS04 RA Vacuum & Blowing Ironing Board with 3.5L Copper Boiler & Sleeve Arm

A fully equipped professional ironing station with dual suction and blowing motors, heated board, integrated sleeve arm and a 3.5-litre copper boiler. The vacuum motor holds garments flat and removes condensation; the blowing motor creates a warm air cushion for safe finishing on dark fabrics, velvet and delicate fibres. The 1800W copper boiler operates at 3 bar, refills while in use and powers an 850W professional iron for vertical and horizontal pressing. Folds vertically for compact storage. A++, 3-year warranty, Made in Italy.

Key Features

Dual 150W Vacuum & Blowing Motors
Two independent 150W motors provide separate vacuum and blowing functions. Vacuum mode holds garments firmly, removes steam condensation and speeds up pressing. Blowing mode creates a cushion of warm air beneath the fabric - preventing shine on dark garments and reviving delicate fibres such as wool and velvet where direct contact ironing would cause damage.
Heated Sleeve Arm Included
The TS04 RA ships with an integrated heated sleeve arm - not an optional add-on. Sleeves, cuffs, narrow garments and tailored pieces can be finished with the same vacuum, heat and steam capability as the main board, without repositioning the garment across a flat surface. A complete finishing station out of the box.
3.5L Copper Boiler - 1800W - Refill While in Use
The 1800W copper boiler operates at 3 bar and supports refilling during active use - steam production continues without stopping the session. Copper provides superior thermal conductivity, high resistance to corrosion and temperature cycling, and is lighter than comparable stainless steel boilers. Anti-scale external element reduces maintenance frequency.
Heated Board - 30–90°C Thermostat
The 112 × 42 cm board surface is thermostatically controlled from 30 to 90°C. The heated surface softens fabric fibres before the iron makes contact, improving moisture evaporation and reducing the number of passes needed per garment. Consistent board temperature across the session prevents the damp finish that occurs when a cold surface retains steam.
850W Iron - Vertical & Horizontal
The 850W professional iron handles both horizontal pressing on the board and vertical steaming for hanging garments. Adjustable steam output and dry steam capability give precise control across different fabric types. Steam-ready and low-water indicator lights keep the operator informed throughout the session. Steam hose support arm keeps the hose clear of the work area.
Folds Vertically - 36 kg - A++
The TS04 RA folds vertically for compact storage - useful in smaller workrooms and salons where the ironing station needs to be cleared away between sessions. At 36 kg it is lighter than the larger TS06 and TS07 RA models. A++ energy class confirms efficient operation under daily commercial load. Built-in garment shelf keeps finished items organised at the workstation.
