The SA25 FV is a fully automatic pneumatic shirt finisher for high-volume commercial laundries, shirt services and garment care operations. Connected to an external steam source, it finishes shirts automatically - shoulders, collar, front, back, arms - using pneumatically controlled paddles and an inverter-regulated blower. Touchscreen with storable programmes, heated front paddle, and a professional dry steam iron included for touch-ups. 20 kg/h steam consumption, 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, made in Italy.

Key Features
Fully Pneumatic Forming
Front and back paddles, body former, collar blocking, arms and shoulders are all pneumatically controlled. Each component inflates and forms under precise air pressure at the correct moment in the cycle - no manual repositioning, no operator judgement required.
Heated Front Paddle
The heated front paddle applies direct heat to the shirt front during the cycle, improving crease definition and accelerating drying. Particularly effective on shirt fronts, plackets and button bands where a sharp, flat finish is the standard.
Touchscreen & Storable Programmes
The touchscreen control panel stores personalised programmes for different shirt types, fabrics and sleeve lengths. Operators select a programme and the machine repeats it exactly every cycle - consistent results regardless of who is running the machine.
Inverter-Controlled Blower
The 3 HP blower runs through an inverter, allowing precise airflow regulation for different fabrics. Delicate shirts receive lower air pressure; heavier fabrics receive more. The inverter reduces energy consumption and extends motor life compared to fixed-speed alternatives.
Dry & Wet Shirt Capability
The SA25 FV handles wet shirts directly from a spin cycle and dry shirts that need refreshing or finishing. Both long and short sleeve shirts are supported. This flexibility suits on-premise hotel laundries and commercial shirt services with varying intake conditions.
Steam Iron Included - 5-Year Warranty
A professional dry steam iron is included for collar, cuff and detail touch-ups after the automated cycle. The SA25 FV carries a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty - one of the longest in its class and a reflection of the industrial build quality Aeolus applies to its professional range.
Why Manual Shirt Ironing Becomes the Constraint
In a high-volume shirt service, the bottleneck is almost always the finishing stage. A skilled operator can iron around 30–40 shirts per hour manually. That output is limited by fatigue, inconsistency between operators and the time required for collar and cuff detail work.
The SA25 FV removes that constraint. One operator loads and unloads shirts while the machine handles the forming, steaming and drying automatically. Throughput becomes a function of cycle time rather than operator speed - and the result is consistent across every shirt, every cycle, regardless of fabric weight or sleeve length. For operations where shirts are a core volume driver, this is the machine that changes the economics of the finishing floor.

Utilities Required
External Steam Supply - 5–6 Bar
The SA25 FV does not include a boiler. It must be connected to an external steam source at 5–6 bar. A compatible steam generator can be supplied separately - call us on 0800 955 0245 to discuss the right pairing for your site.
Compressed Air - 6 Bar
All pneumatic components are driven by compressed air at 6 bar. A suitable compressor must be installed at the site before the machine can operate. Compressors are available separately - contact us to discuss options.
400V 3-Phase Electrical Supply
Standard electrical connection is 400V + Neutral / 50Hz. A 230V / 50–60Hz version is available on request. Please confirm your site supply before ordering. Call 0800 955 0245 if unsure.

for professional ironing and laundry businesses.
Yes. It is designed for commercial laundries, hotel laundries, dry cleaners and garment-care operations processing regular volumes of shirts. The automatic pneumatic forming system finishes the shoulders, collar, body, sleeves, front and back in a repeatable cycle, allowing an operator to load and unload garments rather than manually iron each area. It is intended for professional production environments, not occasional domestic use.
The machine can process both wet shirts from a spin cycle and dry shirts requiring refreshing or final finishing. It supports long-sleeve and short-sleeve shirts, while the inverter-controlled blower allows airflow to be adjusted for lighter or heavier fabrics. A professional dry steam iron is included for detail work on areas such as collars, cuffs and other sections requiring a final touch-up.
Installation requires an external steam source supplying 5–6 bar, compressed air at 6 bar and a 400V plus neutral, 50Hz three-phase electrical supply. The finisher does not include its own boiler, so a suitably matched steam generator is required. A 230V, 50–60Hz version is available on request. Buyers should confirm site utilities, steam capacity and equipment positioning before ordering.
The touchscreen stores personalised programmes for different shirt types, fabrics and sleeve lengths, so staff can select an established cycle rather than rely on individual judgement. During the cycle, pneumatically controlled paddles, body former, collar blocking, arms and shoulders operate in sequence. This helps commercial laundry teams achieve a more consistent shirt shape and finish across operators and repeat production runs.
Allow space for equipment dimensions of 266 cm wide by 130 cm deep by 178 cm high, plus safe access for loading, unloading and service work. The total electrical power is 4,950W, including a 3 HP inverter-controlled blower and 1.2 kW superheater. Average steam consumption is 20 kg per hour, so the external steam source should be specified to support this demand.
