Aeolus PS03 Industrial Garment Press - Fully Automatic

The PS03 is a fully automatic industrial garment press from Aeolus’s professional PS series, designed for high-volume finishing in commercial laundries, dry cleaners, uniform services and garment production environments. Pneumatic closure with two-hand safety operation, steam-heated upper and lower pressing beds, integrated 10-litre boiler and a 0.4 kW vacuum motor. Available in multiple board configurations - universal, trousers, trouser legs, neck and cuffs, pelvis - and in custom versions with adjustable timer and pressure settings. Requires external compressor and 400V / 3-phase supply. Compressor available as an optional add-on.

Key Features

Pneumatic Closure - Two-Hand Safety
The upper pressing bed closes pneumatically, applying consistent, controlled pressure across the full garment surface without operator effort. The two-hand safety frame requires both hands to be clear of the press before closure - a critical safety requirement for industrial environments. Manual closing models are also available for sites where pneumatic supply is limited.
Steam-Heated Upper & Lower Beds
Both the upper and lower pressing surfaces are steam-heated. The upper bed vaporises steam into the garment from above; the lower bed provides aspiration (vacuum suction) to draw steam through the fabric and remove moisture simultaneously. Pressing from both sides in a single cycle produces a dry, set finish that a single-surface press cannot replicate.
Multiple Board Configurations
The PS03 is available with different shaped pressing beds: universal, trousers, trouser legs, neck and cuffs, and pelvis. Custom configurations are available on request, with adjustable timer and pressure settings to match specific garment types and production requirements. Operators can configure the press for their exact workflow rather than adapting work to a fixed configuration.
7 Bar Pressure - 12–13 kg/hr Steam
7 bar working pressure and a steam consumption rate of 12–13 kg/hr confirms the PS03 is designed for continuous, high-throughput operation - not intermittent use. The 10-litre integrated boiler supports extended pressing sessions. Max steam pressure is 5 bar, with the 7 bar working pressure referring to the pneumatic closure system.
PS05 Companion Press Available
The PS03 works alongside the Aeolus PS05 collar and cuff press. When both presses are deployed together, the combination covers full garment finishing - body, sleeves, trouser legs, collar and cuffs - at industrial throughput rates. For operations processing high volumes of shirts, uniforms or tailored garments, the two-press setup significantly increases production capacity.
Compressor Available as Add-On
The PS03 requires an external compressor to power the pneumatic closure system. A compatible compressor is available as an optional add-on - select from the dropdown above or call to discuss. Purchasing the compressor separately allows sites with existing compressed air infrastructure to use their own supply rather than purchasing additional equipment.
