MG10 Professional Roller Ironer – 320 cm Flatwork Ironing Machine

The MG10 Professional Roller Ironer is a high-performance flatwork ironing machine designed for continuous commercial use on large linen items. With a 320 cm (126”) roller, adjustable pressure and vacuum-assisted ironing, the MG10 delivers consistent, high-quality finishing on pillowcases, sheets, bedspreads, towels, curtains, tablecloths and napkins.

Built for laundries, hotels, healthcare facilities and high-volume linen operations, the MG10 combines excellent ironing quality with energy-efficient electric heating (A++) and long-term mechanical reliability.

Key Commercial Benefits

  • Large 320 cm roller width – ideal for high-throughput flat linen finishing
  • Perforated roller with movable plate system – irons linen with up to 40–45% residual humidity
  • Extruded & anodised aluminium soleplate – ultra-smooth, chemically inert, long-lasting ironing surface
  • Vacuum-assisted ironing – improved fabric contact and consistent results
  • Adjustable roller pressure & speed – optimised performance across fabric types
  • Programmable electronic control system – create and store customised ironing programmes
  • Energy class A++ – excellent efficiency for electric flatwork finishing

Designed for Wet Linen Processing

The MG10 features a special perforated roller combined with a movable plate structure that requires only a single layer of NOMEX® felt. This system allows efficient ironing of linen with up to 40–45% moisture content, reducing pre-drying requirements and improving overall laundry workflow efficiency.

The anodised aluminium ironing plate heats rapidly and distributes heat evenly, maintaining a perfectly smooth surface at all temperatures and ensuring consistent results over time.

Safe, Operator-Focused Design

Safety and energy efficiency are built into every aspect of the MG10. Multiple active and passive protection systems ensure safe operation even during continuous, high-load use.

  • Electronic safety thermostat to prevent overheating
  • Thermal protection for the gear motor
  • Thick thermal insulation to minimise heat dispersion
  • Emergency stop buttons
  • Finger-protection safety band with automatic roller reversal
  • Momentary roller stop pedal for inlet ironing

Why Upgrade from Smaller or Manual Flatwork Ironing?

  • Finish more linen per hour – wide 320 cm roller reduces handling time.
  • Iron damp linen – up to 40–45% humidity, cutting drying costs.
  • Consistent finish – programmable pressure, speed and vacuum.
  • Lower energy cost per item – A++ electric heating with excellent heat transfer.
  • Operator safety built in – advanced protection systems reduce risk.

When flatwork volume increases, small rollers become the bottleneck.
The MG10 removes that bottleneck and turns flat linen finishing into a scalable, energy-efficient process.

Frequency Asked Questions (FAQs)

Find quick answers to common questions about this product.

Yes, it is designed for continuous professional flatwork finishing in high-volume settings. Its 320 cm roller accommodates wide sheets, bedspreads, tablecloths and other large linen pieces, helping central laundries, hotels and healthcare linen rooms process more items with less handling. It is best suited where flat linen throughput is a core operational requirement rather than an occasional task.
Yes, the perforated roller and movable plate system can iron linen with up to 40–45% residual humidity. This can reduce the level of pre-drying required before finishing, supporting a more streamlined commercial laundry workflow. For best results, linen should be evenly prepared and suitable for single-layer frontal feeding across the roller width.
Installation requires a 380–415 V three-phase electrical supply, a solid level industrial floor and adequate airflow around the machine. The unit measures 411 × 94 × 120 cm, so allow additional safe working clearance at the front and rear for single frontal loading and maintenance access. Delivery routes, doorways and floor loading should also be checked because the machine weighs 760 kg.
Operators can adjust roller pressure and speed between 1.8 and 4.4 m/min, then save preferred settings through the programmable electronic control system. This allows the finishing process to be tailored to different linen weights and fabric types, from pillowcases and napkins to heavier bedspreads. The integrated vacuum system improves fabric contact for a more consistent finish.
Choose the 320 cm version when large sheets, duvet covers, bedspreads or sustained high linen volumes are creating a finishing bottleneck. The wider roller reduces the need to handle oversized pieces in stages and supports very high operator throughput. A 250 cm roller may be more appropriate where available space, electrical capacity or daily flatwork volume is more limited.
