The Diamond G7-6B11T-N is a high-performance 6-burner gas hob designed for busy commercial kitchens where power and reliability are essential. Built from premium AISI 304 stainless steel with IPX5 water resistance, it features integrated liquid collection basins and dishwasher-safe cast iron pan supports for maximum hygiene and efficiency.
Each burner delivers up to 7 kW of high-efficiency heat with brass crowns and thermocouple safety protection. With pilot ignition and precise front-facing gas control, this hob ensures consistent performance under demanding conditions.

Yes. Its six independently controlled 7 kW burners provide a total maximum output of 42 kW, making it suited to professional kitchens that need to run several pans at once. It is a practical choice for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and other high-demand foodservice environments where rapid, consistent heat is important.
Confirm that the available gas supply is compatible with the appliance specification and that installation is carried out by a suitably qualified commercial gas engineer. Allow a footprint of 1100 mm wide by 730 mm deep, plus safe working clearance and access to the front for servicing. The final site arrangement should also accommodate the rear flue guard.
Each burner is regulated individually from front-facing gas controls, with an adjustable output range of approximately 1.5 kW to 7 kW per burner. This lets chefs use high heat for fast boiling, searing and wok-style cooking while retaining lower heat for sauces, simmering and holding pans at a controlled temperature.
The hob uses pilot-flame ignition and thermocouple protection on its burners. Thermocouple safety protection is designed to shut off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished, helping reduce the risk of unburnt gas flowing into the kitchen. A stainless-steel rear flue guard also provides protection at the back of the cooking line.
The stamped, watertight AISI 304 stainless-steel top has integrated liquid collection basins to contain spills and simplify wipe-downs. Its enamelled cast-iron pan supports are dishwasher safe, allowing more thorough cleaning between services. Front access supports routine maintenance, while the IPX5 water-resistance rating helps the unit withstand demanding commercial kitchen cleaning environments.
