The Diamond G9-M10D8-N is a robust 100-litre gas boiling pan designed for demanding commercial kitchens. Built with precision engineering and corrosion-resistant materials, this model provides excellent thermal performance and durability in high-output environments such as catering kitchens and institutional foodservice operations.

The tank is crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a reinforced AISI 316 base to resist wear and salt corrosion. The stamped lid and tank provide structural strength and easy hygiene maintenance, while the torsion-spring assisted lid enables smooth, ergonomic operation. The front-facing controls and piezo-mechanical ignition system make this boiling pan user-friendly and maintenance-efficient.
