The Diamond E9-BMA4-N is a robust and hygienic electric bain marie, designed for efficient hot food holding in high-demand catering environments. With a deep 310x690mm tank and an integrated neutral cupboard below, this unit is ideal for commercial kitchens requiring consistent temperature control and convenient storage.

- Stainless steel AISI 304 construction for durability and hygiene
- Stamped, welded tank with rounded corners for easy cleaning
- Accommodates GN-150 mm trays (GN trays not included)
- Integrated ball valve for draining and solenoid valve for filling
- Neutral cupboard below (GN 1/1) for storage – 360x740x360 mm
- Electric heating via external stainless steel armoured resistors
- Temperature control from 30°C to 90°C
- Requires wastewater connection for evacuation
- Frontal access for easy maintenance and servicing
