The Diamond E7-BM4T-N is a high-quality electric bain marie designed for professional kitchens requiring consistent heating and hygienic food holding. With a durable AISI 304 stainless steel build and compatibility with GN 1/1 containers up to 150mm deep, it's ideal for buffets, catering lines, and food prep stations. Efficient heating, hygienic design, and easy maintenance make this a practical solution for hot food service.
Key Features:
- Tank dimensions: 310x510xh160mm — suitable for GN containers up to 150 mm deep (containers not included)
- Fully stainless steel AISI 304 construction, including watertight top and rear chimney
- Stamped and welded bowl with rounded internal corners for hygienic maintenance
- Ball valve front drain with provision for wastewater connection
- Electric heating with stainless steel armoured resistors located under the tank
- Temperature adjustable from 30°C to 90°C via thermostat
- Front access for ON/OFF switch and easy maintenance
- Meets IPX5 water resistance standard
