The Diamond DFV-1011-PTS is a high-performance compact combi oven, designed with an intuitive touchscreen control panel and a built-in Auto-Cleaning system. Its space-saving footprint makes it ideal for kitchens where performance cannot be compromised by size.
Equipped with direct steam injection via nebulization and convection heating through armoured stainless steel resistors, this oven ensures even cooking results. It features a “lengthwise” GN loading design compatible with GN 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, and 1/1 trays. Built to last in AISI 304 stainless steel with a robust ergonomic handle, hinged inner glass, and easy-access maintenance panel.
The oven includes a condensate collection tray, steam condenser, magnetic door switch, and autoreverse turbine for optimal airflow. Includes 2 GN 1/1 grids as standard and is CE certified.
