Engineered for durability and high performance, the Diamond E9-BRI8-N Electric Bratt Pan is ideal for large-scale cooking in professional kitchens. With a spacious 80-litre capacity, manual tilting, and precise temperature control, this bratt pan is designed to handle intense daily use while ensuring uniform cooking results.

- Tank dimensions: 815x610xH200 mm (50 dm² surface area)
- Manual tilting via front-mounted hand wheel
- Manufactured from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel with adjustable feet
- Heavy-duty stamped tank cover with ergonomic front handle and torsion spring hinges for gradual opening/closing
- 13 mm thick tilting tank with high thermal conductivity and rounded interior corners for hygiene
- Electric heating with stainless steel armoured resistors placed under the tank for even heat distribution
- Thermostatic temperature control from 75°C to 300°C
- Built-in water tap with front-mounted valve for easy tank filling
- Safety feature halts operation when tank is lifted
- Easy-access front controls for maintenance and use
