The Diamond G9-4BA8-N is a robust and versatile gas hob unit designed for heavy-duty commercial kitchens. With four high-efficiency burners and a built-in open cupboard (GN 2/1), it delivers both powerful cooking performance and valuable storage space. Constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, it's built for hygiene, longevity, and easy maintenance.

- 4 high-efficiency burners: 2 x 7 kW and 2 x 11 kW
- Open cupboard (GN 2/1) with internal dimensions: 760x740xH360 mm
- Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with adjustable feet
- Stamped 20/10 mm waterproof top with integrated liquid collection bowl
- Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel for ventilation
- Cast iron burners with waterproof treatment and brass crowns for maximum efficiency
- Burner regulation: 1.5 to 7 kW and 2 to 11 kW via gas valve
- Pilot ignition and thermocouple safety system for each burner
- Enamelled cast iron grates (390x380 mm) – dishwasher safe
- IPX5 waterproof rating – suitable for intensive kitchen environments
