It weighs up to 6kg in 1g increments and has a 300 x 210mm stainless steel 304 weighing pan. This combination is useful for routine portion control, recipe preparation, check-weighing and light industrial tasks, provided individual items fit safely on the platform and remain within the maximum capacity.
The unit has an IP67 protection rating, an ABS housing and a stainless steel weighing pan, giving it robust protection for demanding commercial environments. The stainless steel pan supports hygienic handling and straightforward wipe-down cleaning, but cleaning methods should be appropriate for electronic equipment and should not compromise its seals or power connections.
The scale operates from a 230V single-phase 50–60Hz supply and also has a rechargeable battery. A battery-level indicator helps staff monitor charge, while programmable auto power-off can help preserve battery life.
