A high-output professional ironing system combining a 150 × 81 cm heated board, triple 150W vacuum extraction and an integrated 2.8-litre copper boiler running at 3 bar. The 1800W dual-element boiler heats rapidly and supports refilling while in use - maintaining an uninterrupted workflow during busy periods. Triple vacuum fans hold garments firmly, eliminate condensation and deliver a consistently dry, crisp finish on everything from bedding and curtains to structured garments. Triple 150W Vacuum - No Condensation
Three 150W vacuum fans distribute suction evenly across the full 150 × 81 cm board, holding garments flat and pulling steam through the fabric surface as you press. Condensation is eliminated rather than left in the fabric, producing a dry, set finish that needs no cooling period before hanging or folding.
2.8L Copper Boiler - 1800W - Refill While in Use
The dual 900W copper boiler elements deliver 1800W of heating power for rapid heat-up and consistent pressure maintenance at 3 bar. The key operational advantage over the TS06 is the ability to refill while the boiler remains in use - no stopping, no cooling, no waiting. Steam production continues uninterrupted during busy periods.
1400W Heated Board - 30–90°C Thermostat
Two 700W board heating elements maintain a stable, thermostatically controlled pressing temperature across the full surface. Even board temperature prevents steam saturation mid-press and reduces the number of passes required per garment - directly improving throughput during long commercial sessions.
150 × 81 cm - Large Format Board
The 150 × 81 cm board surface handles bedding, curtains, tablecloths and wide garments with fewer repositioning passes than a standard table. The fixed 90 cm working height and extensible support base provide a stable, ergonomic platform for standing operation. Built-in shelf keeps finished items tidy without a separate trolley.
850W Iron - Vertical & Horizontal
The 850W professional iron operates both horizontally on the board and vertically for hanging garments and curtains. Adjustable steam output, dry steam capability, heat shield and removable iron rest are all included. Ready-steam and water-level indicator lights keep the operator informed throughout the session.
