Moffat CR8M Portrait Mobile Convection Oven
The Moffat CR8M is a durable, stainless steel mobile convection oven, designed for versatile cooking and regeneration of fresh, chilled, or frozen bulk food. Supplied with castors, it is easily positioned under counters or worktops for convenient integration into your kitchen setup.
This model offers eight shelf positions and comes with three grid shelves as standard. The digital timer and thermostat provide precise control over cooking time and temperature. It accommodates up to 5 x 1/1 GN pans and is configured for 8 x 1/1 GN positions.
