It is well suited to cafés, restaurants and prep areas needing a compact refrigerated display cabinet.
The cabinet has a 400-litre gross capacity and a 267.8-litre net capacity. Net capacity is the more useful figure for planning stock, as it reflects the space available for products once internal components are accounted for. With two shelves supplied, buyers should consider the size and quantity of their typical containers, bottles or packaged goods before ordering.
Check that the installation position allows for the cabinet dimensions of W600 x D705 x H1910 mm and safe access for delivery and positioning. It requires a 230V, 50Hz, single-phase electrical supply. The unit is fitted with castors for easier movement, but it should be located on a stable surface and positioned according to the manufacturer’s installation guidance.
The bottom-mounted forced-air refrigeration system is designed to provide rapid, even cooling, with a temperature range of +1°C to +4°C. Climate Class 3 rating means it is tested for operation in ambient conditions of 25°C at 60% relative humidity.
