Moffat CR20L Landscape Convection Oven
The Moffat CR20L is a large-capacity static convection oven designed for the cooking and regeneration of fresh, chilled, or frozen bulk food. Built with a full stainless steel exterior and interior, it's ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens requiring reliable and consistent performance.
This oven offers 20 shelf positions and is supplied with 6 grid shelves as standard. A digital timer and thermostat ensure accurate control over temperature and cooking time. Capable of accommodating 20 x 1/1 GN pans, the CR20L is perfect for batch cooking and bulk preparation.
Refer to the specification sheet for recommended power configurations if operating from frozen.
