Frequency Asked Questions (FAQs)
Find quick answers to common questions about this product.
Yes, it is designed for heavy daily commercial garment finishing where long steaming sessions are needed. Its 7-litre stainless steel pressure boiler provides up to 210 minutes of continuous steam, making it well suited to dry cleaners, commercial laundries, theatres, hotels and businesses handling substantial volumes of clothing or textiles.
It heats in approximately three minutes from a partial fill, or around four to nine minutes from a full fill. Once ready, the large boiler can provide up to 210 minutes of continuous steam from a full fill, reducing refill interruptions during curtain work, upholstery steaming or garment finishing sessions.
The adjustable steam output makes it suitable for a broad range of fabrics, from delicate bridalwear, dresses and suits to heavier curtains, upholstery, rugs, carpets and marquees. Staff can tailor the steam intensity to the item being treated, helping businesses handle mixed garment and soft-furnishing workloads with one mobile unit.
The boiler is designed to use standard tap water and is self-contained, rather than requiring an external steam supply. Buyers should still confirm that a suitable electrical supply is available for its 3kW power requirement, allow room to move the unit on its six heavy-duty castors, and plan a safe filling location.
Routine care should focus on keeping the boiler and external surfaces clean and managing scale build-up associated with water use, following the manufacturer’s operating guidance. The Speedypress 7 Litre Mobile Steamer includes a three-year warranty plus a lifetime boiler warranty, supporting long-term ownership in demanding professional environments.
